2025-2026 Benefits Open Enrollment is Here!
Norristown Area School District is excited to inform you that we continue to partner with U.S. Enrollment Services to provide exceptional employee support. Open Enrollment is when you can elect/waive benefits, change your current elections, and add or remove dependents from your benefits package, as it is the one time per year you can make most changes.

User ID: Your Social Security Number
Password (PIN): The last 4 digits of your Social Security Number followed by the last 2 digits of your birth year.
Important Items to Note about Your Benefits Enrollment:
- Be mindful when making elections! Please review your benefit confirmations to ensure you have made your intended benefit elections or waivers. After Open Enrollment ends on May 20th, you cannot change your benefit elections unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event.
- You can view/print the Benefits Confirmation sheet and contact the HR- Benefits Administrator, Emma Clancy at [email protected] with any changes, questions, or discrepancies you see.

- If you need the Carriers’ contact information and have questions about ID Cards, or need to request the member ID number for doctor’s appointments. Please click here for the Insurer Contact Directory.

NIS Evidence of Insurability Online Form
The EOI for the Voluntary Long-Term Disability Buy-Up coverage is required for the National Insurance Services (NIS). Your coverage will drop if the EOI form is not submitted within 60 days after completing your enrollment process.
