Speak with a Benefits Counselor through the Call Center from 9 AM – 8 PM at 610-629-6409 within 30 days of your hire date or a qualifying life event (QLE).

2025-2026 Benefits Confirmation!

  • Be mindful that, after completing your enrollment through Beacon, you cannot change your benefit elections until next Open Enrollment, unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event.
  • If you need the Carriers’ contact information, have questions about ID Cards, or need to request the member ID number for doctor’s appointments, please click here for the Insurer Contact Directory.

Evidence of Insurability Online Forms for NIS & Ochs-Securian Financial

*LTD National Life Insurance Company Evidence of Insurability: The EOI for the Voluntary Long-Term Disability Buy-Up coverage is required for the National Insurance Services (NIS). Your coverage will drop if the EOI form is not submitted within 60 days after completing your enrollment.

*Group Life Insurance Evidence of Insurability: The EOI for the Voluntary Group Life coverage is required for the Ochs – Securian Financial Company. Your coverage will drop if the EOI form is not submitted within 60 days after completing your enrollment process.

Norristown Area School District offers coverage based on your contract guidelines. The plan information shared is only available to you based on your Job Class.
Your assigned benefits will populate at the time of enrollment.
