Option 1: Call to enroll through the Call Center before May 18th at 8 PM!

📌 Life Insurance coverage through Ochs – Verify Your Beneficiary Information!
📌 If you’re adding dependents, have their SSN and date of birth handy during your enrollment!
📌 Medical FSA & Dependent Care FSA DO NOT roll over and must be re-elected every year individually.

Option 2: Self-enroll 24/7 and print your Benefits Confirmation through Benselect before May 18th at 11:59 PM!

Password (PIN): Last four digits of your Social Security Number and the last two digits of your birth year
